My name is Alejandra, proudly crowned Miss El Salvador 2022, but also known as Miss Bitcoin. Growing up with Salvadoran and Mexican roots, I was immersed in a culture rich in creativity and practical wisdom, shaping my quick, spontaneous nature. From a young age, I dove into acting and modeling, which introduced me to the dynamic world of culture and society, fueling my desire to make a meaningful impact.
A deep curiosity about business has always been part of my journey. Raised in a family with a strong business background, I became fascinated with how local enterprises influence global markets. This curiosity led me to earn a degree in International Business from the University of Texas, and eventually, to my introduction to Bitcoin in 2022. Digital innovation and advancing financial inclusivity became passions, and I committed myself to leveraging technology to create lasting value for my community. The intersection of technology, art, and personal empowerment drives my mission to transform lives.
Throughout my life, I’ve prioritized self-discovery, seeking to detach from external pressures and focus inwardly. I’ve dedicated myself to mastering my mind and aligning my physical and mental health, often through practices like yoga, meditation, and journaling. This quest for personal growth led me to study Modern Psychology and Buddhism at Princeton University, delving deeper into the layers of the human experience.
A pivotal moment in my journey came when my father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and given only a year to live. Against all odds, he survived for 12 years without a pancreas, thanks to the natural healing methods we adopted. We embraced medicinal CBD oil, African milk tree, and a diet rooted in hydroponically grown organic fruits and vegetables we cultivated ourselves. Inspired by his recovery, we began sharing CBD oil with others who lacked access to medical care, witnessing incredible results — people experienced improvements in conditions such as cancer, diseases of the central nervous system, including Parkinson’s and fibromyalgia, and more.
This success inspired us to found Itazayana, offering a range of natural products such as medicinal plant tinctures and CBD oil. What started as a local initiative has now grown globally, with a mission to improve lives through organic, sustainable solutions.
At my core, I am someone who seeks to live beyond the material world. A passionate global traveler, I explore cultures and histories, drawing inspiration from the ancient wisdom such as the Mayans. This spiritual understanding shapes my approach to both life and business, striving to blend ancestral teachings with our modern, fast-paced world.
I believe every girl has the power to chase her dreams, break boundaries, and empower herself — just as I have. Through resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to innovate, we can all make a lasting impact on the world around us.
